Lady Gaga tells Michael Strahan on Good Morning America today is a special day.
Gaga's new album Joanne is officially out, and while it's received mixed reviews, the "Just Another Day" singer is standing by her intimate work. She swung by the early morning talk show just hours after performing at The Bitter End dive bar in NYC to list out the Joanne go-tos: it's about her family, she collaborated with Mark Ronson and Hillary Lindsey and says Amazon's distribution deal selling the LP for $3.99 was a "wonderful surprise" and a gift for fans.
The company announced the news the minute the record became available to download / stream.
Here's a screen capture of that, because Twitter is currently down.
