Madonna, Katy Perry and Lady Gaga might have a song together, and it might debut this month.
The three global pop icon powerhouse singers took a moment to snap a photo together at Monday night's Met Gala. The photo went viral because not only was it a lot to take in, but it seemingly ended any feud Madonna and Lady Gaga may or may not have had. But more importantly, it might have been the clue music lovers needed to put two and two together and realize the trio might have a song up their beautifully Swarovski crystal bejeweled sleeves.
Let's put on our thinking caps for a moment and begin our upward spiral of speculation that may result in utter disappointment (or sheer joy... we just don't know yet).
A few months ago, Lady Gaga posted a photo on Instagram with a suspicious rhyming caption, and although it's since removed, the Internet is forever.

Gaga also posted a selfie a few months back, also now removed, with the caption "May." Then last month, Gaga's creative director / choreographer said:
May pop music change again! It will! It is!

Cut to a few weeks later, and we are blessed with the now iconic photo of Gaga, Madonna and Katy Perry.
Lady Gaga captioned the picture on her Instagram, "Breaking Hearts." Madonna posted the pic, then another with her, Gaga and Alexander Wang that said "Looking to the Future!!" and tagged Diplo. Katy Perry posted on hers, "dropping our single tomorrow."
Where there's smoke there's fire, and these women are definitely fanning the flames. A collaboration between the three would be one of the biggest songs in quite some time, replacing Ariana Grande, Nicki Minaj and Jessie J's "Bang Bang" with something more suitable couldn't come at a better time. And if the news turns out to be just a bunch of rumors, they surely would be breaking hearts.
