Lady Gaga hearts Britney Spears.
Lady Gaga called into radio station 103.7 KVIL on Wednesday to answer a couple of questions on topics people may or may not be aware of. For instance, did you know she appeared in an episode of MTV's The Hills? She begrudgingly admits to it. "Yes, it's true. I was performing 'Love Game' and I looked like I was straight out of a 1978 nightclub." Did you know she went to the same school as Paris Hilton? "They were both older than me." However, things take a turn for the weird when the radio hosts ask Gaga if her first sexual experience was the worst. Gaga said "no, that was not the worst" before the radio hosts respond with a laugh, saying "oh, tell us about the worst!," clearly unaware about Gaga's brave campaign to end rape and sexual violence, particularly on college campuses, using her own trauma and the Diane Warren-penned song "Til It Happens To You" as ammunition.
Fortunately, there was a question that saved the day: 'I've heard that you think that the queen of pop is Britney Spears.'
"I did say that a long time ago. She is and will always be in my heart. I think that every woman in the business is a queen in their own right."
