Let Kylie Minogue put a little pep in your step with her take on the Bee Gees' "Night Fever."

The Australian pop star changed her Twitter profile picture this week with a glitzy new photoshoot pic, so naturally we thought she was preparing fans for a new era following the re-release of Kylie Christmas, but it appears the colorful artwork was uploaded in support of her stunning cover of the disco ditty "Night Fever," which was live premiered at an event in Paris Wednesday night.

The song will reportedly land on an upcoming soundtrack (out in November) in support of a new live adaptation of the 1977 musical Saturday Night Fever starring John Travolta. It is slated to debut in France next February. Others featured on the LP include Jess Glynne, Alex Newell and Icona Pop, but Kylie already stole their thunder with her take on the '70s classic.
