Justin Timberlake To Release A ’20/20 Experience’ Concert Film

Mr. Timberlake is returning to the big screen.

After abandoning his acting career for a huge musical comeback in 2013, Justin Timberlake is releasing a concert film documenting his widely successful “20/20 Experience World Tour.”

The superstar played 134 shows across the world over 14 months, which became the highest-grossing solo tour of 2014.

The film will centre around the final two dates – January 1 and 2, 2015 at Las Vegas’ MGM Garden Arena – and footage will be edited this fall by director Jonathon Demme.

“It’s very emotional, very exciting. It’s a space-age music film,” Demme told Entertainment Weekly.

He didn’t say whether the incredible 3-hour performance would be shown in its entirety or if it would be more of a docu-concert flick, similar to Katy Perry’s “Part Of Me” release.

JT recently joined Taylor Swift for a surprise performance of “Mirrors” during one of her many sold-out “1989 Tour” dates in L.A. this past week.
