Justin Bieber's laid-back mid-tempo Purpose cut "Company" is slated for the next official release.
Fresh off his performance with Skillex and Diplo at the GRAMMYs Monday night where he won his first-ever Grammy for Best Dance Recording for "Where Are Ü Now," it was announced Bieber reclaimed the top spot on the Billboard Hot 100. His latest release, "Love Yourself," replaced Zayn Malik's "Pillowtalk" for the No. 1 (Malik falls to No. 7).
The good news doesn't end there.
According to the rumor mill, Bieber's next single is the Axident-produced song "Company." Apparently Def Jam began informally alerting radio stations of the impacting single. Bieber first performed the song during his Today Show stint upon the album's release last fall, and it received the thumbs up from fans. "Company" combines mild R&B production with a funky guitar riff and cooing background vocals. Listen here:
