Justin Bieber found the one on "Perfect Together."
Justin Bieber returned to music in a big way with his Skrillex-produced new single "What Do You Mean." A couple days in, it broke Spotify's record of most spins in the first week, beating out One Direction who previously held the record with "Drag Me Down." And although Bieber's "Perfect Together" appeared online earlier this summer, it appears he's ready to push more music on us as it is recently surfaced again. The mid-tempo love song about finding and keeping that someone special is classic Bieber, showing off his signature vocals as a casual beat strums along.
No I'm not perfect sometimes / No you're not perfect sometimes / Even when it's wrong it's still right / because we're perfect together
It's a far cry from the slick production of his latest release with Jack Ü on "Where Are Ü Now," but it serves as one of the Biebs' first mature musical productions he promised. It isn't clear if "Perfect Together" or his other recent leak titled "California Cruisin" will land on his forthcoming studio album out Nov. 13, but the Bieber's new direction is resonating with fans outside his fanbase.
"The album is really inspirational," Bieber told Ryan Seacrest recently. "Most of the songs are just uplifting and fun, and I wanted to use my platform in this point in my life to just reach as many people as I can in a positive way.”
