Bieber was "maybe" drunk and told club-goers to stay true to themselves.
It's important to remember Justin Bieber is 22-years-old. Let's continue...
After performing his Purpose tour at the Staples Center in L.A. on Saturday (March 19), Bieber made an impromptu appearance at 1 OAK nightclub in Hollywood where he partied the night away, which included a speech where he admitted he was "maybe" drunk before ranting about the problems of the world. Lucky for us, he kept things swift because he's "not Kanye West" then fell backwards onto the DJ booth.
“See, I’m not gonna give like a 30 minute speech. I’m not Kanye West. I love Kanye. I only got a little bit to give though,” Bieber told the crowd, who seemed more interested in continuing to party than Bieber's advice. “All I’m gonna say is let’s have a good night, let’s enjoy ourselves. Let’s be ourselves. I think the thing the world struggles with most is just being ourselves."
"I think people hate on people who are themselves, you know?" he slurred. "Maybe I'm drunk or maybe I'm just speaking real s**t, but I feel like a lot of the reason why there's so many people that hate on me is 'cause I'm just myself."
"You know, you can hate on me for being myself, too, but... if you just are yourself and are OK with just being yourself and making spontaneous decisions and just, like, wearing whatever you want to wear and doing whatever you want to do -- we're going to make bad decisions sometimes, but we ultimately want to make good decisions," he continued. "So let's try to make the best decisions as we possibly know how to give and have a good night!"
