Eventually, promoting a No. 1 album will take its toll.Bieber's rigorous Purpose promotional schedule has caught up with the 21-year-old. The Biebs, whose album lands at No. 1 this week, has recently made appearances at the American Music Awards, the Late Late Show with James Corden, performed several same-day shows at the Staples Center, has others planned in Chicago in Houston... the list goes on and on. The strenuous demand has gotten to even Bieber, who at times seems indestructible. Late Monday night (Nov. 23), Bieber cancelled his planned appearance on The Late Show With Stephen Colbert along with a taped performance set to air during the Thanksgiving Day Parade, claiming he has some personal issues to sort through.
My apologies to @colbertlateshow as I won't be able to make it to nyc tomorrow for the show. I look forward to making it up to you soon— Justin Bieber (@justinbieber) November 24, 2015
