UPDATE: Jackson posted a video of Unbreakable song "The Great Forever," which slanders the media for their inaccurate way of sensationalizing stories, then posted a message straight from her lips. It reads:
Remember… believe it when you hear it from my lips.
The rumors are untrue.
I do not have cancer.
My doctors have approved my concerts as scheduled in Europe, and as I promised, the postponed shows will be rescheduled.
Thank you for your prayers and love.

Now we know why she named her album Unbreakable.
Great news, Janet fans! On Tuesday, reports swirled claiming Jackson must undergo surgery to remove a possible tumor on her vocal cord. The unconfirmed diagnosis was supposed to keep Jackson off the stage for the foreseeable future, however her people confirmed to Extra today (Jan. 6) that doctors have given her the OK to resume the tour starting March 30 in Europe.
While her condition remains unknown, her husband, billionaire Wissam Al Mana, is by her side.
Jackson asked her fans for their support during this difficult time, and their well wishes paid off.
