Britney could be expanding her tour in Asia with a date in Taiwan.
It's going to be a busy summer for Britney. The pop star announced last week her final shows wrap in December. Reports suggest she'll use 2018 to create a new show and possibly change venues in Las Vegas, namely the Park Theater inside the Monte Carlo. While Team B manages the bidding war, Brit has a world tour to prepare for. As it stands, the "Just Like Me" singer has shows slated for Tel Aviv, Manila, several in Japan and one in Hong Kong (though she deleted the Tweet announcing the latter for one reason or another). There's also evidence suggesting she'll have a show in Bangkok, Thailand and, the most recent speculation: one in Taiwan.
IME TW productions dropped a not so subtle hint onto their Facebook Page on Monday:
It's rumored Brit will eventually announce shows in Argentina, Brazil, France, England and Australia in the coming months as well. After the summer tour, Brit heads back to Vegas for a couple more months, but then? Who knows. Her manager, Larry Rudolph, told the Las Vegas Review Journal once her contract ends on Dec. 31 with Planet Hollywood, she may take an "extended break." The same report suggests she could use that time to completely revamp the show, including a name change, and re-launch during the 20th anniversary of "Baby One More Time" in 2018. Guess we'll have to wait and see.
