"This lawsuit is another unfortunate situation where someone is trying to take advantage of the Spears family and make a name for himself. The Department of Children and Family Services conducted a proper investigation surrounding Mr. Flores' accusations and have closed the case without any further action. Ms. Spears and her attorneys have every expectation that this matter will be dismissed by the courts."
Additionally, ex-husband Kevin Federline is defending Britney in this matter.
An attorney representing Kevin says Flores' allegations of children abuse are "baseless" and appear to be motivated by money, according to Yahoo!.
The first hearing in the case is scheduled for January.
Ex-bodyguard for Britney, Fernando Flores, filed a lawsuit today claiming Britney made "repeated unwanted sexual advances" towards him by exposing herself in front of him in her home, according to TMZ.com.
In the filed documents, Flores claims Britney "was wearing a white lace, see-through dress. She walked over close by [Flores], intentionally dropped her cigarette lighter on the floor, bent over to retrieve it and thereby exposed her uncovered genitals to [Flores]." The lawsuit goes on, "The incident caused [Flores] shock and disgust."
The suit continues to alleged Britney summoned Flores to her room where she was standing naked. "After an awkward silence during which [Britney] just stood naked before [Flores], [Flores] asked Spears if she needed anything. After some hesitation, Spears asked [Flores] to get her two bottles of 7 Up."
After exposing herself, the suit claims Britney said "You know you liked it."
And the suit says, "In addition to exposing herself to [Flores], Spears engaged in numerous sex acts in front of [Flores]."
Another serious allegation claims Britney demanded Flores' belt, then walked in the house and allegedly "savagely hit the small child [Preston]" with the belt twice.
Another claim in the suit says Britney fed both kids crab meat, though both kids have serious fish allergies. "Both kids started vomiting and Spears allegedly prevented anyone from seeking medical help, allegedly telling them, 'Mind your own fucking business!'
The suit will be filed this afternoon in L.A. County Superior Court.
No comment from Britney's camp on the allegations.
Candies' Chief Executive Officer, Dari Marder, Tweeted Britney fans saying there's extended behind-the-scenes footage of Brit's Candies photoshoot earlier this year with photogs Mark Seliger, Terry Richardson and Annie Leibovitz on Access Hollywood on Tuesday.
She's correct, but the clips were underwhelming, which included just several new scenes and "interviews."
Lukasz Dr. Luke Gottwald ("Shattered Glass," "Circus," "Lace & Leather") and Max Martin ("Baby One More Time," "If U Seek Amy") announced to Billboard.com they're executive-producing Britney's 2011 album.
No doubt they can create good pop music, but I was hoping Britney would use new, undiscovered talent and experiment.

Despite romantically gallivanting around Hawaii for two weeks together, Britney and boyfriend Jason Trawick have no plans to wed in the near future.
Britney toured a wedding chapel at Maui's Grand Wailea resort on Thursday, according to People.com, and two days later, teared up while watching a wedding below their hotel room balcony.
"They're really taking things day by day and really enjoying their time," says a source, adding that Britney and Jason "of course" talk about their future together.
"It is really amazing. It's sort of a return to the sort of Britney dance stuff. There are some great, great singles on that album. I was really happy for her. I feel like she is coming back in a big way."
