I slept great last night, how about you guys?
Britney's conservator Jamie Spears filed a restraining order Friday morning against Sam Lutfi, Adnan Ghalib and attorney Jon Eardly on behalf of Britney Spears for allegedly undermining the conservatorship instated on Britney.
Unfortunately, not all the details were available yesterday when the press published the stories. Fortunately, the filed court documents are NOW AVAILABLE!, courtesy of x17online.com.
Someone clear a few things up for me!
According to the documents, "Mr. Ghalib continues to communicate with Ms. Spears, and Co-Conservators are informed and believe that Ms. Spears innocently informs Mr. Ghalib of her destinations and that he then arranges for paparazzi to meet and film her to his financial benefit."
Interesting, because over the 5 years I've run BreatheHeavy, I've never seen Britney so hidden from the paparazzi. Where are all these paparazzi images Jamie Spears claims Adnan arranged to have taken?
Maybe Jamie is pissed because he allegedly created a paparazzi agency last year to sell and control images taken of Britney. OH yea, and he never told Britney about it.
The court documents also state Britney is in no capacity to seek any sort of legal counsel to defend her case, saying:
"Adam F. Streisand of Loeb & Loeb LLP appeared at the February 4, 2008 hearing purportedly on behalf of Ms. Spears. The Court found, based upon the pleadings that had been filed, a physician's declaration, and Mr. Ingham's report, that 'Ms. Spears does not have the capacity to retain counsel and she lacked the capacity to retain Adam F. Streisand as her counsel.' Similarly, the Court ordered that 'Ms. Spears does not have the capacity to retain counsel.'"
If Britney is under this conservatorship because they claim she is deemed mentally incompetent, then why did she begin proceedings to remove her court appointed attorney, Sam Ingham?
Britney tried getting new representation and Jamie shot down her efforts!quote:
"On January 27, 20098, attorney
John T. Anderson of the Law Office of John T. Anderson sent counsel for Mr. Spears a proposed Ex Part Petition seeking an order authorizing Ms. Spears to retain him as her attorney in the conservatorship proceedings and to relieve as counsel Samuel D. Ingham III, Ms. Spears' PVP counsel.
On January 27, 2009, Mr. Anderson told counsel for Mr. Spears that he had initially been contacted by Mr. Eardly about three or four weeks previously for assistance in preparing legal papers, and that he spoke with Mr. Lutfi about two or three weeks after that. Mr. Anderson said that he told Mr. Lutfi that he could not proceed unless Ms. Spears signed an engagement letter and other documents, and that he provided Mr. Lutfi with copies of such documents so that Mr. Lutfi could have those documents signed by Mrs. Spears. Mr. Lutfi thereafter provided Mr. Anderson with an Ex Parte Petition, and engagement letter, and a Nomination of Counsel that purport to be signed by Ms. Spears.
Over the past month, Ms. Spears has had numerous telephone conversations with both Mr. Lutfi and Mr. Ghalib and has exchanged numerous text messages with both of them."
What about this? According to Jamie's declaration, "Over the past month, Ms. Spears has had numerous telephone conversations with both Mr. Lutfi and Mr. Ghalib and has exchanged numerous text messages with both of them."
Why did it take an entire month for them to do anything? Why not file the restraining orders immediately?
These sudden restraining orders are a sure sign that Jamie and his camp are crumbling. The truth will set you free!
PS - and do you really think Britney would demand for someone to "rot in jail?"
