Iggy Azalea's adding French Montana to her team.
Earlier this year, Azalea announced plans to drop her forthcoming studio album Digital Distortion this summer, but after a lukewarm reaction to her record's lead single "Team" and a breakup from ex-fiance Nick Young, Azalea held off.
Timing is everything.
The delay allowed Iggy to record a collabo with producer Zedd, but he's not the only feature fans can expect to hear on DD. Rapper French Montana will also make the cut. According to Iggs, she and French recorded it during her stint in Vegas last week and it will get a proper visual.
"I've got another single coming out with French Montana, we recorded it while I was in Las Vegas last week," she said, "and it should be having a music video filmed to it in the next few weeks while I'm here in America."
Iggy previously said her new record won't feature any collaborations because her previous LP The New Classic was filled with them, but perhaps the Australian rapper believes she can't sell on her own.
She says it will be out "soon."
