Iggy Azalea's new album Digital Distortion is finished, but the Australian rapper held off on premiering it because of how unstable her personal life is at the moment.
Iggy kicked off the summer by releasing the album's lead single, "Team," but a cheating scandal with ex-fiance Nick Young would force her to delay the record and get her mind right.
"My album is finished, but I've been blindsided by a lot of things happening in my personal life recently," she tells Las Vegas Weekly when asked if the record would debut this month. "[I] just needed to have some me time to get my life in order and process the changes that are happening in my private life.
Unlike The New Classic, the album is not collaboration heavy. It only features rapper YG, "who I worked with on my first mixtape. And maybe one or two other rappers on some remixes."
It also won't come out until August, but when it does... expect expanded performances to include the new material.
