After blaming production issues for postponing, Iggy Azalea's tour is officially canceled.
Yikes! Things aren't looking bright for the Australian rapper these days. She faces an incredible amount of negativity on the Internet due to her looks, her rapping and "floppage," so we can't help but feel sorry for her after the news of her tour getting axed. She released a statement that reads:
“The Iggy Azalea Great Escape Tour scheduled for this fall has been cancelled and refunds are available at point of purchase. There will be a new tour planned around Iggy‘s new record to be released in 2016 and we apologize for any inconvenience”.
Back in March, Azalea said it was delayed because she wanted the tour to be just right.
"It is bumped back because I am a psycopath. It's my first arena tour and it's a big undertaking and I'm doing a lot of the creative direction ... Compromises would have to be made to get this thing done in time and so I considered what do I wanna do - keep and honor the tickets and the dates for the fans but have not the show I envisioned or promised them ... or do I wanna move it and have the absolute best show, the show that I envisioned?"
She went on to say:
"I don't wanna have an average tour, with a normal stage, I want people to come and feel like they got their money's worth."
