Hilary Duff is apologizing for her pilgrim Halloween costume.
Twitter came for the Duff this weekend when photos of her and boyfriend / trainer, Jason Walsh, surfaced of them at the Casamigos Halloween Party in Beverly Hills on Friday (Oct. 28). Walsh dressed as an Indian with a feather headdress and face paint, and Duff was a pilgrim.
Twitter labeled them "racist" and "ignorant," which prompted a heartfelt apology from the Breathe In. Breathe Out. singer.
"I am SO sorry to people I offended with my costume," she said. "It was not properly thought through and I am truly, from the bottom of my ❤️sorry."

Walsh also cleared the air. "I meant no disrespect," he said. "I only have admiration for the indigenous people of America. In hindsight I would not have made that decision. I apologize to anyone I may have offended."
Twitter will throw a #SoAndSoIsOverParty and confuse people into thinking someone died, but Hilary Duff can't be a pilgrim for Halloween. OKAY...
