EARLIER // MARCH 24:
We're mere weeks away from Harry Styles releasing new music.
Styles has quietly worked on his solo album for well over a year now. The pop star has reportedly linked up with some of the industry's best, including Bruno Mars and Max Martin. Those two are responsible for more No. 1 hit songs than pretty much anyone, and Styles wants in.
According to Australian radio host Angus O'Loughlin, the singer's solo debut will sound like "a mix between Sting and Frank Ocean." What exactly does that sound like? You'll have to wait until April 7 to find out. That's the release date for the Columbia Records signee's debut single, according to radio host Elvis Duran, who says he has heard the song and describes it as "incredible."

"We're close and we're very excited. We have a record we're incredibly excited about and it’s not far away from being ready," said Columbia Records CEO Rob Stringer to Billboard last month. "We obviously want everything to be beautifully done, because we think he's here to stay. Harry has stepped up with the vision of someone who's authentic."
