There's no shortage of smokey-eyed sultry stares in Haielee Steinfeld's new music video for "Starving" featuring Zedd.
Steinfeld is making a name for herself in pop music since releasing her Zedd-produced debut EP Haiz. Her latest release, "Starving," also features the superstar production scientist (the two performed together at the iHeart Radio Music Festival in Las Vegas this past weekend), and there's a glitzy new visual to go along with it. The clip goes nowhere, but it's not supposed to. A series of purple and blue-lit scenes where the 19-year-old is surrounded by four ripped male shirtless dancers is enough to help the budding pop star transition into the next phase of her career. She looks sensational, an unfortunate but necessary ingredient to becoming major, and though she's caressing her hair and shaking her hips, there isn't any forced choreography in "Starving." It's Steinfeld doing her thing (in animal print), and that's fine for now.
