Pop industry veteran and Girls Aloud star Nicola Roberts has revealed she has wrote a song for Tinashe's upcoming sophomore record, "Joyride", that has made the final tracklisting.
"I am really excited that Tinashe just took one of my songs," she told BANG Showbiz. "I love her and I love her last album ['Aquarius'] so I will be happy when I can hear my song on her album and that will be a nice moment."
Roberts penned some Girls Aloud tracks (including the brilliant "On The Metro") and the bulk of her solo record "Cinderella's Eyes" but since 2013 she has spent her time writing for other artists, including Little Mix and former bandmate Cheryl.
After a number of setbacks, "Superlove" singer Tinashe is yet to announce an official release date for the anticipated LP but it is due out before the end of 2016.
Now that Tinashe has taken her song, who's next on Nicola's list? "I would love to write a song for Rihanna. She is just the ultimate pop star."
Let's get to it, RiRi...
