Fifth Harmony Drop Skrillex And Poo Bear-Produced New Song “Angel”: Listen

Fifth Harmony keep it one hundred on their R&B-tinged new song "Angel" off their forthcoming self-titled album.

Fifth Harmony have a hit on their hands with their latest release. They enlisted production masters Skrillex and Poo Bear for the track. “Who said I was an angel," the ladies croon over a stuttering beat and synthesized background vocals.

It's a huge departure from "Down," and that's a good thing. Unlike their former release, "Angel" has staying power.

"Should've never crossed that line with ya / Everything was cool, just drinkin’ with ya," they sing. There's even some practicality to the track. "Way too young to be up in handcuffs / Wasn't tryna spend my life on the phone with ya / Gotta keep it on 100 with ya / The original me wouldn't f--k with ya / And I was beginning to f--k with ya."

Fifth Harmony debuts August 25.
