After over a year of nothing, Fergie is finally ready to release her new album.
Fergie made a solo musical comeback in 2014 when she released the DJ Mustard-produced "L.A. Love (la la)" in September, but ever since the song's promotional campaign ended, so did Fergie's comeback it seemed. The last we heard, Fergie was planning to release her album in 2015 and tour. But 2015 came and nothing new came. But now Fergie is making 2016 her year, because she's ready to release her second studio album.
According to WWD, Fergie was in Paris over the weekend for a photoshoot for her new album. The shoot was shot by Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott, and she was decked out in designers ranging from Tom Ford to Raf Simons.
But that's not even the best part!
WWD also revealed that Fergie will be releasing her album in March! She'll also apparently shoot two music videos this week in Paris and London.
In case you forgot, here are a few things we last heard about the new album:
- There's a collaboration with Nicki Minaj, produced by Dr. Luke.
- She worked with Jean Baptiste, DJ Mustard, Rock City, Charlie Puth, and more.
- There will apparently be a "My Humps 2015."
