Womanizer and Circus didnt go to #1 on radio because of her name, sorry. They were #1 on radio because they were good and catchy. Im sure she would
have sold over 100 copies with 2 #1 radio hits.

Not to argue but B2B and Circus have sold the same, both in the U.S. and WW. Only B2B had more promo.
Keeps Gettin' Better fell of the charts way to quick to call it a success.
However I do not think Christina is a hasbeen YET.

5 wks can be considered a full run--movies stay in theatres as long as they are being watched usually--there is not limit on the amt of time they stay
in their "first run" ..anyways 103 mil in 5 days is very good!

Fact is that Britney barely promoted her album and still managed to sell the same amount as Beyonce, Lady Gaga etc.
And now you can say: "but it was a highly anticipated comeback" or "but she had good videos for Womanizer and Circus". Well, that's true, but
I'm talking about PROMOTION, real promotion.
I have seen some artists on the cover of every magazine, on every red carpet, on almost every possible tv show... And still they're not selling more
then our Britney! That's incredible!
And oh yeah, it's quite normal for new artists to sell more. That's because they're new and they are hyped. If Britney is able to sell the equal
amount of albums, after being in the showbizz for 11 years, then that's an amazing thing!
