not really. circus sold 3.3 millions worldwide while xtina sold 3.7
britney's biggest market atm is USA. she has lost a lot of fans in europe, especially UK where the album kinda flopped.

last figures for circus was 3.6 in JANUARY its obv at least around 3.9/4.0 now so stfu. she has a huge fan base in oz/south america/north america/asia
and most places in europe. UK market is pure shit anyway.

Back To Basics has been released for about 3 almost 4 years now, while Circus isn't even 1 year yet. The fact that Circus has accumulated the same
numbers as Back To Basic in 1 year already says it all

no. the last numbers from march were 3.1 and since then she is selling 2-3000 copies a week in USA, so less in the restof the world so you do the
math

lol me do the math? more like you. an album can EASILY sell 500k + albums worldwide in a year, so even if her last sales were 3.3 then, worldwide
sales would have gone up to 4.0. or near enough, which is amazing since it has only been out for a year.

"The Fame" has sold more than 4,176,000 copies worldwide
With the re-release, its inevitable that THE FAME will have sold many more
than Circus.... but again, who cares. They are both very good and successful albums.. Gaga has also sold over 20 mil singles from the album...

well obviously, but its silly to compare their first album sales which were released like 10 years apart. no album will probably sell that much again,
and if one does, then thats extraordinary...and unlikely. if everyones so keen on who outsold who, then its only fair to compare most recent work.

They are each uber successful for their time---and Lady Gaga just might be the most successful NEW pop artist of this new decade...we just have to
wait and see where she goes...but I will say she has done a brilliant job of making hits, getting her name out there, and carving out big connections
in the music industry----everyone knows Gaga now....she is here to stay.
