Listened at work today, wana cry because sometimes I forget about everything she’s gone through. That bit about how she’s making money for others makes me sad. So much more understanding why she does what she does on that piece of me stage.

but you know what, we should be happy she comes from a family that loves her. Despite what everyone thinks, I feel Britney is blessed.

So far not bad thing. :squintney:

Yeah I️ caught a few dumb things like how he said she beat up Kevin’s car wit a bat :giggleney: but how he’s seeing the bad that was done and pushed on her it’s really good

What made me sad was that part about someone saying she was a child who only wanted to make adults happy an do what they say, makes me feel for her..

also that PIG who wrote that rolling stone an called her swamp thing :ponderney: she really didn’t sound Remorseful to me

Apologies if already posted.

Podcast: WITHOUT A VOICE - What Really Happened?

"Did everyone miss the true nature of Britney Spears’ ‘meltdown’? Now, 10 years later, there is growing attention being paid to a little known legal concept that Spears is under, called a ‘conservatorship’.

This episode takes a look at exactly what happened to Britney Spears on February 18th, the day of her infamous head-shaving incident. And, since a series of ensuing missteps, and triumphs, over the years, Jenks will question if she’ll forever forego the right to even get a cup of coffee without permission from her father and lawyer."

that was great to listen. Interesting even .

Hmm let me write what left on me after listening this podcast. 2007 is a mysterious time in her life. Also as fans we're speculating what really happened to Britney. As we all know the timeline something went definitelly wrong in 2007 but the media was so extra on her during the time. They were either  call her a bad mother or announcing her daily night out videos as " erratic behaviour" . I assume after the conservatorship Britney tried to hold on the old formula and thought it was gonna end soon. They made her became a practical slave to the music company. Because her name got bigger than her . I look at the music industry as the old and maybe ancient view on prostitutes.Once you get in , once you made money for the money makers , you can't get out. And I don't think there was anything wrong with her till I saw her shaving her head and hold Jayden at her bathroom with a still unknown material found in her stomache.

When the topic was so heated up , she choose to play the old squeaky clean Britney once again.

I mean , at this point we can't know many things about her downfall because she refuses to talk about it. Because her team is very strict about what fans  , interviewers  or show hosts can ask to her. She's never alone. Even her phone is being tracked by her team . As I remember from the for the record Larry and her security team won't let anybody get near to her without asking their promision.

So...yeah...Speculating is all we can do. But her family plays  big role on her downfall. Her mother's book agreement , hr going on television shows while she needed to be with Britney , making Jamie  Britney's  legal conservator  - a past alcohol addict himself - and instead of Lynne Spears, her family to call dr. phil when he has nothing to do with Britney while she's already on a legal hospital. Her life is full of mysteries .And I don't think we'll get answeres any time near soon.

As a fan I'm glad she did not passed away in 2007 because we were all concerned about that.

So thanx for posting it was interesting to hear the old fact again but with a professional view.

It is ap, but as I recall- quite good thing to listen again. :) so cool.
What I think about conservatorship is this;
it din't skip my mind that no free lawyer wanted to make name for himself while trying to fight for Britney's freedom and that tells me; it's all legal and right

FOR NOW :mhmsureny:

idk about the future.

What do you mean that "no free lawyer wanted to make a name for himself while trying to fight for Britney's freedom"?

Not only did Jon Eardley try to represent her several times (2008, 2009) but Britney tried to hire another lawyer herself:

I meant pro bono maybe, if winning in court could bring only fame and good name and not cash prize for lawyer? I guess that She may not wish to hire anyone directly at this point. Cuz it harm her previously?
I was thinking about her situation, which is known for all people not just fans. If professionals don't see any injustice... If it's not theme for debate.. It must be somehow right in eyes of people who really understand it . :idkney:

She already has a court-appointed lawyer that she must go through. Samuel D.Ingham III.

"Should Spears ask to be released, her cause would probably be led by the man the court appointed to be her chief advocate, a lawyer, Samuel D. Ingham III. Ingham’s role is, among other things, to ensure that the conservators do not loot her assets, abuse their power or inappropriately restrict her freedom.

There has been some debate in California over whether court-appointed lawyers do enough to advocate the rights of those under conservatorship. Just last year, the state’s Senate Committee on Judiciary noted in a report: “In theory the court-appointed counsel should be arguing on the proposed conservatee’s behalf for a less-restrictive alternative to conservatorship whenever possible.”

Ingham has been awarded more than $2 million in fees for his work on Spears’ behalf since 2008. This is in addition to the $6.9 million paid from the estate to the conservators and other lawyers who have helped manage Spears’ affairs under the current arrangement. Spears has never publicly questioned any of these payments, but critics of the process have."
