Is anyone here a dancer?

Recommended Posts

I'm trying to learn the If! breakdown

My issue is the first part with the arms and legs alternating.

i KNOW what it is.  But my brain for some reason can't put those two parts together.  How the arms and legs alternate at different times.  Like is my brain just a shitty brain. :zoomzoom:

@Kiiddy help me

:blaughing: yes lol. Think of it like this, focus on the arms because the legs only do one thing , (open & close, or in & out, however you want to look at it) as for the arms, (& this goes with any dance you're trying to learn by watching) just repeat what you see. So basically cross, out, up, down. & hopefully you know how to count an 8 count. Now put it all together :riri:
