Why is "Amnesia" loved so much?

Recommended Posts

I love the song but I thought I would be in the minority since its kinda different from her usual material but I actually see alot of love for it, why is it so loved? Is it the lyrics? Melody? Her vocals? :mhmsureny:

"Amnesia" definitely deserve all appreciation and love. She stepped out of her comfort zone and recorded something different and new. You can love it or hate it, but you gotta respect that. Rockney slays tbh. :flawfree:

Rock? :quirkney:

It's a bit overrated

I've seen people claiming it's better than Womanizer and Circus :outwithit:

It's better than both and one of the few actually good songs on Circus album. Womanizer is garbage

It's a fun song but it's obviously not better than Womanizer. :calculating:

Her vocals and the production are really magical imo.

That final instrumental outro and when the drum kicks in on "when we touch / I melt like butter" slay me every time.

Same! Its a bop tbh :myjam:

She should call up Fernando Garibay again. Amnesia and Quicksand are two of the best on Circus.

His productions have a very ethereal sound that could have fit on Glory actually.
