Britney's Las Vegas residency is inching closer to a done deal.

Britney will call Planet Hollywood's 7,400-seat theater home for two years for at least $30 million, reports the Las Vegas Sun.

Caesars Entertainment, who will promote Britney at the Base Entertainment-owned theater, proposed 35 weekend dates, but Britney's team countered with 45.

The deal also requires Britney to make appearances at Caesars Entertainment nightclubs and high-roller properties. Both parties want the deal, it's just working out the kinks at this point.

"Britney would start her concerts later this year in tandem with the launch of her album currently being recorded."

Viva Las Vegas, indeed.
