It sold more than that, actually. But Billboard doesn't count sales $2.99 or below.

I think HDD was just overestimating it like they sometimes do :/

normally it counted $1.99 sales since the album was more than 4 weeks old (thats the rule)

if not, how do you explain the +999% up?
