I feel as though she don't make her own choices and she seems like she like being told what to do. She doesn't have a voice. i bet if you left her alone with Oprah, diane sawyer and the rest of them she would be lost and confused. I feel as though she is not strong on her own.
It's so sad that people are using this poor girl.

That's funny. I feel like she's finally a woman now.
And I feel like she'd handle Diane and Oprah easily. She dealt with Matt Lauer just fine (when she was in the midst of her crisis).

On paper. Yes.therefore she's legally a child. I mean no shade in saying it. Sorry If it comes off that way
But in reality, she's living her life the way she always lived it.
The conservatorship is in place for structure and protection. Not to dilute her rights as an adult.

You all really need to educate yourselves, you're embarrassing yourselves terribly right now.
Conservatees have the right to:
Conservatees have the right to:
- Ask a judge to change conservators or to end the conservatorship.
- Vote
- Marry
- Control personal spending money
- Make or change your will
- Make your own healthcare decisions, unless a judge gives that right to a conservator (a judge will only give this right when a doctor has certified that the conservatee does not have capacity to consent to his or her own medical treatment).
- Be treated with understanding and respect.
- Have your wishes considered.
- Be well cared for
- Have all basic human rights
