Looks like fans aren't the only ones put off by the Glee Britney 2.0 tribute.

Billy Bush on Access Hollywood Live says he spoke to Brit's manager Larry Rudolph, who was "livid" about the episode, and had no idea what the concept was about before it aired.

I understand they wanted to make light of the situation, but it wasn't clever, unique or innovative at all. ANY time you portray Britney or work with her, it better be cool, even if the theme is dark. Their tribute was a major let down.

Not much was said -- but Billy Bush from Access Hollywood Live called Britney's manager Larry after the Glee tribute last night and Billy said that Larry was "LIVID" and "not happy" about the episode. Also that, contrary to popular belief, Fox or Glee didn't tell them what the episode was about beforehand.

Billy Bush also said that he thought the episode was a lowblow and that Fox has some making up to do to Britney.

Nothing major, just thought it was interesting and worth a post. Seems SOME stans arent the only ones who were a bit put off my the tribute.

It got personal when I saw the cheetos and heard Matt Morrisons lipsyching speech. THAT was not needed in the episode. Everything else was OK.
