BOMT is her best-selling song ever.
IWG is her biggest radio hit ever.
Scream & Shout is her most viewed video ever.
Toxic is without a doubt one of her best songs, being the only song to win her a Grammy, but let's not act like its without equal in her career.
As for having a bigger hit than Toxic, she arguably already did that with IWG (which again, is her biggest radio hit and out peaked Toxic on the BB charts) and with S&S (which is her second best selling song ever, right behind BOMT). She likely won't ever have another big hit after Scream & Shout.
However, the one thing Toxic has over IWG and S&S is being a signature Britney song. There's really only a handful of those. Baby, Oops, Slave, Toxic, Gimme More, Womanizer, Circus, Till The World Ends and Work Bitch.
So will she have a bigger hit than Toxic? She arguably already has. Twice. Four times if you consider that TTWE held the record for Britney's biggest radio hit before IWG shattered it, and the fact that Womanizer was MASSIVE.
Will she have a more iconic song than Toxic? Arguably Gimme More is far more iconic than Toxic because of the VMA's and the breakdown. And that song also spawned It's Britney Bitch, as well as outpeaked Toxic on the BB Hot 100.
If anybody is willing to dispute these statements, please try.

Considering it's been almost a year since Slumber Party's video was released and no announcement of a 3rd single, obviously not.

I think that one is Work Bitch. OF COURSE is not at the same level, but this is the only case in Britney's career where a single became iconic with time instead of being an instant hit.

Not unless she changes everything she is now.

I think she is going to have a baby this year with Sam. I feel it. We never get anything good and it's coming on a huge year with the anniversary of BOMT so I think it's a high chance
