  1. Kesha is not messing around.

Don't touch my weave, don't call me honey.

Kesha made a triumphant return with the incredible single - her first in four years - "Praying" last Thursday, and this week she has dropped a huge, horny anthem that was written in response to Trump's "grab her by the pussy" controversy.

"Woman" is a bold and brassy anthem that celebrates the power of women, with Kesha asserting her own independence and dismissing the gross ownership many men feel they have the right to hold over women.

"I'm a motherfucking woman, baby, alright / I don't need a man to be holding too tight / I'm a motherfucking woman, baby, that's right / I'm just having with my ladies here tonight / I'm a motherfucker," she sings before a killer horn section performed by The Dap-Kings.

Just like she did with "Praying", Kesha has released the music video along with the song (honestly, what a slick rollout thus far.)

The joyous video - directed by Kesha and her brother Lagan - sees the singer and her band pull up and take over a bar to have what looks like the funnest night ever.

    Listen to "Woman" below.

  2. Listen now!

    Two years later...

Clean Bandit have released a new single for the summer and it features none other than Marina and the Diamonds.

"Disconnect" was first debuted in 2015 when Marina joined the band onstage so it's been bubbling away for a while, and was presumably originally recorded for her LP "Froot" that was released that year.

"Yeah, I need to take a breath / Need to look after my health / Yeah, I need a disconnect," she sings before "oooh"-ing away over the shimmery production.

"Disconnect" comes after the Zara Larsson-assisted "Symphony" became Clean Bandit's second consecutive number one single, could this be their third?

  3. You gotta hear this!

Can this be an official remix, please?

Camila Cabello appeared on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon last night to perform her debut single "Crying In The Club", which has already been performed countless times as a big pop spectacle with costume changes and dance routines.

However, Cabello ditched the choreography and kept it simple with a spotlight and one guitar player behind her for a new rendition of the track - don't worry, it's not acoustic!

She incorporated more Spanish influence and let her impressive vocals shine in the passionate performance, which she has already said is her favorite she's done so far.

    Watch the performance below.

And it wouldn't be Fallon without a musical skit, so Camila spent six minutes singing #SummerSongs tweets to the sound of summertime classics like TLC's "Watterfalls" and Bieber's "Sorry". At least she sounded great!

  4. Surprise!

    Gal Gadot who?

JoJo has surprised fans with a brand new song today to celebrate the 13th anniversary of her debut album release.

The R&B cut, titled "Wonder Woman", may be inspired by the comic book heroine but its certainly no ode to the superhero, instead she sings to an old lover and reminisces on their intimate connection.

"You used to call me Wonder Woman when I gave you good love, I guess that's still true," she sings before breaking it down with an epic rap at the end.

JoJo released her long-awaited third LP "Mad Love." last October and wrapped up its supporting tour on May 26. While many would take a well-deserved break it seems that she's went straight back into the studio to work on its follow-up.

    Bring it, girl!

  5. The rom-com queen returns.

It's what we've all been waiting for.

Jennifer Lopez is arguably the queen of rom com films, alongside Jennifer Aniston and Sandra Bullock perhaps, yet we've been deprived of a new one for five years since "What To Expect When You're Expecting" was released in 2012.

However, the wait is over! The ageless, tireless constantly-working star has announced that she has signed on to star in and produce "Second Act", a romantic comedy that will challenge the typical story arc for 'older' actresses as her character.

“There are so many things I love about this project and script," Lopez has said. “People try to put women to sleep at a certain age. ‘Second Act’ is a story that empowers the every woman to do more, to be more, and not limit their dreams. I am thrilled to partner with STX as they continue to create and empower the female audience.”

STXfilms have pitched the film as "Working Girl"-meets-"Maid In Manhattan" while "50 First Dates" director Peter Segal has signed on to direct.

Between "Maid In Manhattan," "The Wedding Planner" and (her best film) "Monster In Law", J-Lo has never put a foot wrong when it comes to romantic comedy films, so we already know this will be brilliant.

    Surprise! #SECONDACT #ComingSoon?

  6. Listen to Tiësto's remix now.

The dancefloor is lit... in Ma-a-a-libu.

Miley Cyrus is pressing on with "Malibu" promotion as she tours across the U.S. with iHeartRadio and takes over late night talk shows, and next up is a remix EP.

The "Inspired" singer is ready to take her feel-good country-pop bop to the clubs and has enlisted the help of the industry's biggest dance producers, including Tiësto and Dillon Francis, to make it more dancefloor friendly.

Tiësto debuted his massive remix at EDC over the weekend and, despite the EDM overhaul, Miley's heart is still the centrepiece, similar to how he remixed John Legend's "All Of Me". Will he give "Malibu" a second push to the top spot like he did then?

Also, Dillon Francis previewed his more hard-hitting, festival-ready remix of the track during an interview and revealed it will drop in July, alongside a new video.

We'll let you know when it drops and until then, listen to the previews below.

  7. This is what we've been waiting for.

Now this is what we were waiting for.

HAIM made their anticipated return in May with "Want You Back", the sun-kissed lead single from their long-awaited sophomore LP, and they have debuted another new song, "Little of Your Love", on BBC Radio 1 earlier tonight.

While "Want You Back" is an understandable choice to lead a campaign with, "Little of Your Love" is the kind of song I've been waiting to hear from the Haim sisters.

It's a gorgeous pop-rock tune about embracing new love and freeing yourself to that person, sonically leaning more pop and incorporating some country influence.

"Little of Your Love" will appear on the band's second LP "Something to Tell You", out July 7.

    Listen below.

  8. She talks being openly queer in the industry, and "Strangers".

    "Unfiltered, unafraid and out."

Halsey is one of the most visible queer women in the music industry and unashamedly shares her experiences through her songs to break stigmas and challenge the heteronormativity we hear day and night on the radio, so it only makes sense that PAPER magazine wanted her on the cover of their Pride issue.

The singer discusses what it's like to be LGBT+ in the music industry, how her bisexuality has been challenged by the media and public, and how "Strangers" - her song with Lauren Jauregui - came about.

"I'm a young, bisexual woman and finding that kind of representation in music is really complicated. You don't want to be limited from listening to music that is relatable to you because you're a pop music fan," she says. "Pop music can often be really ostracizing. It's just a shame that it's so hard for marginalized or minority people to get the same pop music experience as people who are heterosexual or generally part of the majority. They deserve the same pop music experience."

When discussing how groundbreaking the success of "Strangers" could be (the first same-sex love song by two bisexual women in mainstream pop), Halsey reflects on how pop music treats bisexuality as a taboo and the negative impact this has.

""Don't tell your mom" or "We shouldn't do this" or "This feels so wrong but it's so right." That narrative is so fucking damaging to bisexuality and its place in society. That's something I've had to fight my whole life and something I still fight. I still see people on the internet saying, "Of course Halsey says she's bisexual. It'll help her sell albums." BuzzFeed wrote this article and they were like, "Is Halsey really bisexual? Because when she did the VMAs with the Chainsmokers, she had long hair. Was that because she wanted the public to see her as straight?""

The interview is a really interesting read, and the photo shoot is bomb as she poses and gets intimate with model Caroline Smith so be sure to check it out.

  9. Queen of medleys!

    Bow down to Hailegend.

Hailee Steinfeld stopped by The Voice Australia to perform a medley of her hit singles and casually low-key killed it.

Wearing thigh high boots and a fringed sparkling leotard, the 20-year-old looked every bit the pop star as she made her way through the Zedd collaboration "Starving" and current single "Most Girls".

She served up some light choreography while her vocals were effortlessly identical to the studio versions, and can I just say how fun the medley going from "Starving" back into "Most Girls" is? Kelly Rowland was getting her life!

Steinfeld has just finished filming "Pitch Perfect 3" and revealed after the performance that she is spending her summer in the studio finishing up her debut LP.

Female empowerment anthem "Most Girls" - co-written by Ryan Tedder - is slowly climbing up the charts worldwide and we're hoping it becomes her first proper solo hit because both the song and its brilliant music video deserve to be summer staples.

    Watch Hailee's performance below.

  10. Incredible.

    Well, this is rather lovely.

Before playing a sold-out show in London's famous Royal Albert Hall tonight, Paramore stopped by the BBC Radio 1 studio to perform a few songs in the Live Lounge.

Hayley Williams put her incredible vocal skills on full display as she belted out the band's single "Hard Times" before they slowed things down with a breezy cover of Drake's tropical hit "Passionfruit".

Williams' emotive vocal performance and the live instrumentation intensify the intimacy of the song, and while it's a very faithful cover the slight differences transform it from the radio hit we know into something more in the vein of The xx.

    Watch the brilliant performances below.

  11. We don't deserve CupcakKe.

We must protect CupcakKe at all costs.

By now we should all be aware that CupcakKe is a genuinely gifted rapper who is equally capable of making socially conscious songs about rape and police brutality and incredibly filthy sex bangers.

Her latest video is for "Biggie Smalls", the body positivity anthem that slams unrealistic expectations moulded by the media and calls for everyone to celebrate who they are.

A few days ago, the rapper requested the help of her fans for the video and many of them appear in the video, all celebrating their different bodies in self-shot videos.

She has struck up a close connection with her fans with her hilarious online presence, which has seen her donate money to help pay their tuition, rent, and LGBT+ people that have been abandoned or made homeless.

"Biggie Smalls" is taken from CupcakKe's second LP "Queen Elizabitch" and is inspired by her own weight gain in recent years.

"I been called a fat rat, a pig and everything you can possibly think of! I was afraid to wear bikinis and crop tops and shhh like that until I came across a girl who couldn't gain weight at all," she says. "We all deal with weight problems, whether it's you want to gain or you want to lose. I just say be grateful with what you got."

  12. Who got the power?

    "It's all about women!"

Little Mix take us behind the scenes of their incredible "Power" music video that dropped last week, which celebrates women of all kinds and even champions the LGBT+ community while doing so.

From Perrie's festival-inspired hippy look to Jesy realising her stripper aesthetic, the girls talk us through their individual looks before joining together alongside their mums for that final epic strutting-down-the-street shot.

The Triple A girls - Alaska Thunderfuck, Courtney Act and Willam - have Jade ever so starstruck as they back her during her solo scene and she tries to keep her cool, meanwhile they compare the band to the Spice Girls when she's not there!

In related news, "Power" has become Little Mix's 17th (!) consecutive Top 20 hit in the UK after climbing to #13 on this week's charts. It's doing crazy good on streaming, radio and iTunes, though, so who knows where it'll peak!

  13. Smooth AF!

    They're back.

Majid Jordan have surprised fans by dropping a brand new song, "One I Want", today.

The downtempo synth-R&B track - which features crooner PARTYNEXTDOOR - is über-smooth and the first song we have heard from the duo's upcoming sophomore LP.

Majid Jordan released the self-titled debut in February 2016 under OVO Sound and haven't released any new material since, besides producing DJ Khaled and Drake's "For Free" hit.

PARTYNEXTDOOR recently collaborated with Zayn Malik on the one-off spring single "Still Got Time," yet promotion came to a halt after the pair reportedly had a fall out and PND removed all mention of the song from his social media.

  14. Stunning.

    Zendaya has the power.

Zendaya is a fashion darling, often dressed by the most famous designers in the world, and she is cementing her status in the industry with her first Vogue cover.

The multi-talented actress is posing on the cover of U.S. Vogue's July issue and the cover story is a fascinating look into the 20-year-old's career, and how she got to this level of stardom so quickly.

She talks re-writing the rules at Disney - where she still acts in the show "K.C. Undercover" - and how she made the jump to feature film while still working at the kids' network.

Zendaya is starring in "Spider-Man: Homecoming" as main character Michelle Toomes in her first feature film role when it hits theatres July 7.

  15. And it was epic!

    It's a Party In N-Y-C.

Miley Cyrus took over The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon last night to promote her new singles "Malibu" and "Inspired" but she did a lot more than just perform them for the audience.

The superstar sat down for a candid and hilarious chat to explain the story beind "Malibu", her reasons for (temporarily) stopping smoking weed, and returning to The Voice later this year.

It wouldn't be the Jimmy Fallon without some games, of course, so the pair did a skit singing google translated versions of famous songs, which seen Miley take on Ed Sheeran's "Shape Of You" and Dusty Springfield's "Son of a Preacher Man."

However, the highlight of her appearance was when Cyrus and Fallon busked in a New York subway station in disguise. A large crowd quickly gathered as she sang "Jolene" and then - just like in Hannah Montana: The Movie - she removed her wig to roaring applause and performed "Party In The USA" for a major sing-a-long.

  16. She's still got it.

    The wait is over!

Shania Twain has finally unleashed her brand new single "Life's About To Get Good" after months of teasing, and it's just as fun as we expected.

The OG Queen of Country first debuted the comeback track during a live set in April and it sounded great then but the studio version is even better.

The joyous anthem celebrates the singer moving on from heartbreak and enjoying life with love and forgiveness, and while the reflective lyrics are very personal and honest it plays like a feel-good country bop that you can dance along to unknowingly.

"Life's About To Get Good" is the lead single from "Now", Shania's first album in 15 (!) years so it's safe to say that there is a lot of anticipation for the new material.

Her voice - while different - sounds great, and the final chorus is something right out of "Come On Over" - we love it!

Welcome back, Shania. We missed ya!

  17. "Bad 4 Us"Finally!

    It's about time.

Mitch Grassi and Scott Hoying of Pentatonix, aka SUPERFRUIT, have announced the release of their debut EP - and it's a two-parter!

"Future Friends - Part One" will be released on June 30 and the second EP will drop September 15, and will potentially include collaborations with PC Music's Danny L Harle.

SUPERFRUIT is the duo's collective name that we first came to know from their mega-successful YouTube channel, however the pair confirmed they would be making music together outside of Pentatonix when they released their debut single "Bad 4 Us" last year.

Pentatonix fans, don't worry - the group are not splitting up and will be touring the U.S. yet again from July 2 until September 3.

Mitch and Scott, we are ready! Watch the announcement below.

    This oughta be good.

Kendrick Lamar has filmed the music video for his single "LOYALTY.", the fan favorite Rihanna collaboration from his latest album "DAMN."

A clip of the rapper filming the red light special appeared online at the weekend, showing him receiving a lap dance while blindfolded and surrounded by female dancers.

While Rihanna isn't shown in the clip, we can't imagine that Kendrick would go ahead without Bad Gal on board.

  19. Yes. Yes. YES!

    This is EVERYTHING!

No, not the Gigi Gorgeous documentary (although you should watch that) - Little Mix finally dropped the music video for their latest single “Power” and it is the beyond our wildest dreams.

As the UK waits to find out its future after today's major election, Britain's best girl group have come to remind us they are the most reliable people in the country and have delivered a music video that meets our expectations after a few rather 'whelming' releases.

Aware of the anticipation for "Power", the girls promised to deliver “the looks, killer choreography, girl power” and, of course, "Bike, bike..bb-bikess!” and they did just that!

Every girl looks gorgeous (not surprised), the looks are insane (Leigh-Anne's boots? Jade's fur?), Stormzy is beyond dreamy, and while it's light on the choreography - we don't even care. I mean, when there's LGBT+ representation and a Women's March? Beyond blessed!

Jade, Jesy, Leigh-Anne and Perrie teamed up with Stormzy for the single version and he brings his epic verse to life in the celebratory video, which also features appearances from their mums. Female empowerment, yas gawd!

Speaking of, the long-rumored appearance of Alaska Thunderfuck, Willam and Courtney Act is just as legendary as we’d hoped for, as they back the band's very own Drag Race stan Jade for her verse serving looks and gag-worthy moments.

Oh yes, we stan a girl group of talent!

  20. Can you see her?

    katy-perry-witness-visual-album.jpg

    Could it happen?

No major pop star - or any music artist, for that matter - has been brave enough to be the first to attempt a visual album after Beyoncé's game-changing releases, "BEYONCÉ" and "Lemonade".

It's safe to assume that all future Beyoncé releases will be visual, and for her peers the question is more "when?" than "if they..." because the industry has to catch up at some point.

While I don't think that any current pop star is capable of creating a film like "Lemonade", there is a handful that I believe could pull off a series of music videos à la Bey's self-titled - and Katy Perry might be one of them.

Katy Perry has utilised the music video platform throughout her career to make an event of her single releases and play with her character. While the videos became less interesting in the "Prism" era, the high-budget production of her recent videos have been the highlight of an otherwise messy rollout.

The "Witness" campaign lead with her 'conscious awakening' and in the final countdown to its release she is using a lot of eye imagery (see the album cover) and throwing around the ?️ emoji hinting that every new moment involves a visual.

"Can you see me? I know you can see me, but can you really see me?" she asked in an uncomfortable promo video for the album, before going on to explain the intricacies of her multifaceted personality (see: she's vulnerable and strong!), which she could visually demonstrate with 15 new videos.

We know that the "Swish Swish" video has already been filmed and "Bon Appétit" certainly came around quicker than expected, so they may all be sitting ready to go.

Ultimately, whether good or not, if Katy's "Witness" is a visual album then the Beyoncé comparisons will come naturally, and in this rather messy era the reviews are likely to be unkind regardless of the quality.

Tune into youtube.com/katyperry tonight to watch the "once-in-a-lifetime" album countdown, and we can find out together.

  21. And it's surprisingly dreamy.

Niall puts his spin on Julia's hit.

Niall Horan hit up BBC Radio 1's Live Lounge earlier today and chose Julia Michaels' debut single "Issues" as his song to cover.

The "Slow Hands" singer's interpretation incorporates heavier instrumentation that fleshes the song out more, making it sound much grander and more dramatic than the original.

Julia's vulnerability is what makes the song so special, in my opinion, yet Niall's vocals still inject some passion to keep the sentiment intact... and it seems Julia approves of his "folked-up" version.

  22. A wonderful moment.

Sia releases charity single to end HIV.

Sia has released a brand new song entitled "Free Me" as a charity single that will raise money for the continuous research and treatment of HIV and AIDS.

The accompanying video stars actress Zoe Saldana as a pregnant woman who is diagnosed with HIV and follows her emotional journey from diagnosis to giving birth via interpretive dance.

Saldana's performance is exceptional, as is the song itself and the entire purpose of its release. A truly incredible move on Sia's part.

"HIV/AIDS is the No.1 killer of women of reproductive age worldwide. Go to endhiv.com to support a promising new AIDS cure. Together we can end HIV," reads Julianne Moore at the end of the video.

The song is available for download and stream from tomorrow (June 9) and all proceeds will be donated to endHIV. You can also visit the endHIV website to donate to the cause.

  23. This is an event!

This might be their best yet.

Little Mix's latest LP "Glory Days" is their biggest success yet, with a string of hit singles and huge sold-out tour on the back of it, but their videos have felt a little underwhelming.

While I find the "Touch" video to be rather iconic, the anticipation for "Shoutout To My Ex" and "No More Sad Songs" wasn't fully satisfied when the visuals dropped. So, although I don't want to aim too high, "Power" looks like it's going to be the video that we deserve.

The band have shared two previews ahead of tonight's premiere, which reveal a number of gorgeous looks, Stormzy looking as handsome as ever, and the Triple A girls (Alaska Thunderfuck, Willam and Courtney Act) pulling stunts with Jade.

YAS! The video premieres tonight at midnight (GMT).

    UPDATE // JUNE 15:

DJ Khaled locked in a couple of confirmations.

Below is the animated cover art for his Rihanna and Bryson Tiller-assisted track "Wild Thoughts." He also confirmed the Grateful track debuts on Friday (June 16) at 6 a.m. EST.

    Check it out:

    EARLIER // JUNE 6:

    Queen of features.

Rihanna has been spotted filming a music video with DJ Khaled and Bryson Tiller just four days after Khaled confirmed the "Work" singer will feature on his new album.

Besides giving us at least two new gorgeous looks, this confirms that the untitled collab will be the next single from Khaled's "Grateful" LP and that Tiller also appears on the track.

The three artists were caught on set in Miami and while many pictures have made their way online there aren't any clips of the future hit just yet.

Rih looks absolutely beautiful in an all-white look and a contrasting colorful look, made up of an off-the-shoulder baby pink top and floral green trousers.

  25. This could be good.

All good things come in threes.

Justin Bieber has dominated the charts with "Despacito" and "I'm The One" but the real Song Of The Summer collaboration might be the last to drop.

The singer just announced he has a song with David Guetta coming this Friday (June 9) titled "2U".

The collaboration comes months after Guetta signed with Bieber's longtime manager Scooter Braun, who also manages Ariana Grande and Carly Rae Jepsen. Imagine a song with all four of them?

Justin Bieber performed at Ariana's One Love Manchester benefit concert on Sunday, singing acoustic versions of "Love Yourself" and "Cold Water".
