Ellie Goulding's new promotional song is a dance-ready uptempo cut.
We must admit, Goulding's lead Delirium single "On My Mind" took a minute to grow on us. It made us worry slightly for how the rest of the album shaped up, and after her mini debacle at the AFL Grand Final last week, things weren't looking good. That all changes today (Oct. 9) thanks to this her new high energy cut titled "Something In The Way You Move" from the upcoming record out Nov. 6.
Goulding posted a preview of it on Facebook yesterday (Oct. 8), urging fans to pre-order the album and get the song in full. "There’s a brand new track from DELIRIUM coming! Pre-order the album on iTunes and you’ll get Something In The Way You Move delivered to you automatically beginning TOMORROW…"
It's the warm and invigorating hyped-up release we've been waiting for from Goulding this era!
"A part of me views this album as an experiment – to make a big pop album," Goulding told NME. "I made a conscious decision that I wanted it to be on another level."
That it is! Listen to the entire song here:
And for the record, "On My Mind" is our jam.
