Xtina is about to get her own "Ex's & Oh's."
Christina Aguilera is tied up every which direction. She's currently a judge on The Voice, teaching an online singing course and executive producing a new musical game show on Spike and in the process of recording her next studio album, which could include Elle King.
Earlier this year, Aguilera mentioned she was "really focused on my music right now," despite DJ Premier revealing fans would need to wait awhile for the forthcoming cut because the "Dirrty" singer was "not in album mode right now."
Christina is working with songwriter Ian Kirkpatrick (Nick Jonas' "Levels," Jason Derulo's "Want To Want Me"), Da Internz and Linda Perry – the mastermind behind many of her Stripped tracks including "Beautiful."
It has now come to our attention Aguilera tapped Elle King for her songwriting talents.
A new magazine scan surfaced today confirming so along with a quote from the songstress:
“She’s raw, relatable, and a little gritty. She has a really honest approach to telling a story.”
Totally here for this.
