Tis the season!
On Sunday night's episode of Drizzy's OVO Sound radio show, the rapper said he'll be releasing a playlist project called More Life in December then promptly dropped the artwork on Instagram.
On Monday, Oct. 24, Drake turns 30-years-old, so to celebrate the announcement of his new work and bday, he premiered three new songs: "Two Birds, One Stone," "Sneakin''' feat. 21 Savage, "Fake Love" and the "Wanna Know" (Remix).
He says the upcoming playlist will serve as a "soundtrack to your life," and though it's unclear how it differentiates from a mixtape like last year's If You're Reading This It's Too Late, it will be made entirely of original work.
“I’m off like mixtapes, I want to do a playlist,” Drake said on the show. “I want to give you a collection of songs that become the soundtrack to your life, so this More Life: The Playlist. Like I said, dropping in December. All original music from me. You might hear some tunes from the family on there, but I’m just really excited. I had a great tour, I had a great summer. And most people, I guess, would like go probably take a break. But for me I just want to get right back to it. Be with the people again.”
