EARLIER // APRIL 30:
Now that we've had a minute to dissect Christina Aguilera's cryptic comeback video, there are several important bits of information you need to know.
After closer inspection, the word "LIBER" can be seen. It's no secret her new album is thought to be titled Liberation, and Xtina doubled down on that in one of her new show interludes. The pop star played a special concert in Baku, Azerbaijan, this weekend (April 28) as part of the Formula 1 Grand Prix event. In the fan-filmed clip below, she says the word "Liberation" a half-a-dozen times.
There are also clues to suggest her lead single is titled Acceleration and debuts this Thursday – if you take a good look at the same teaser, you'll see the numbers "5318," or May 3, 2018.
A tracklist leaked several weeks ago, and it included the track "Accelerate," and if we are to believe it... the track had Ty Dolla $ign and 2Chainz on it.
Below is another video of Xtina from her Formula 1 show alluding to "Accelerate."
Stay tuned, folks! New Xtina in mere days...
