Hillary Clinton banked $1 million at Christina Aguilera's fundraising event.
Aguilera and fiancé's Matthew Rutler welcomed Katie Holmes, Muse singer Matthew Bellamy, music exec Irving Azoff, Gloria Allred, 4 Non Blondes’ Linda Perry (who penned "Beautiful") and 400 other guests gathered at Rutler's home in Beverly Hills on Wednesday (Nov. 4). Those who raised $10,000 or more got four tickets to the event, according to an invite.
Clinton opened her speech saying she's inspired by Aguilera's song "Fighter," and plans to fight for “everyday Americans.”
Aguilera and A Great Big World gave a special performance of their song together, "Say Something" before teaming up with Perry on "Beautiful."
