Songs left on the cutting room floor by Christina Aguilera, P!nk, Gwen Stefani, Little Mix and more will see the light of day.
Christina Aguilera has a new album coming out... eventually. It's too tiring (especially on a Monday) to speculate when she'll decide to finally unleash it. Just know that it's coming within the next couple of years. Fortunately, we won't have to wait much longer for a new track from the "Dirrty" singer. Songwriter Linda Perry, who is helping Xtina craft new music for said forthcoming album, and is responsible for co-writing "Beautiful" and a number of other massive hits, is releasing a compilation that features a never-before-heard song from the pop star called "America."
According to Rolling Stone, the unheard tune lands on the Served Like a Girl documentary soundtrack. The film is about "a group of female veterans vying in the annual Ms. Veteran America competition and the challenges they faced along the way."
P!nk also has a "new" song on the LP titled "Halfway Gone," as does Gwen Stefani with "Medicine Man" from the This Is What the Truth Feels recording sessions.
