Chance The Rapper is doing the most to make sure his fans have their say in the 2016 election. Rather than simply pleading with the masses to vote, he became a personal chaperone for thousands of concertgoers tonight.
Announcing his plan on Twitter yesterday, Kanye's frequent collaborator tonight performed for free then took fans from the iconic Grant Park, through the Chicago city, to a polling booth set up in the nearby business district area.
