Camila Cabello, Pitbull and J Balvin Drop Video For English Cut of “Hey Ma”

J Balvin and Pitfall drop the video for the English cut of “Hey Ma”.

The video for the Spanish version of the Camila Cabello-assisted track dropped almost one month ago and has racked up 47 million views, now it’s time for non-Spanish speaking audiences to play catch up.

This version of “Hey Ma” is pretty much identical to the original video, which is a very fun, summery affair to begin with, so why change it? The track features on the “Fate of the Furious” soundtrack in both languages.

Fans were divided when Pitbull revealed that the song was originally recorded with Romeo Santos and Britney Spears, as we could all do with some new Britney.

With sultry lyrics like “If you touch me right / I might stay the night / We can take our time” it’s easy to imagine Britney singing Camila’s parts, although it’s clear that this was the right choice as it’s an authentic, genuine collaboration instead of a calculated what-makes-a-hit effort.

Although, I wouldn’t mind if this encouraged Brit to drop a video for “Change Your Mind (No Seas Cortes)” right about now? Then “Better”? C’mon, B - give us something! Don’t let your “Glory” go to waste.

The “Fate of the Furious” soundtrack drops next Friday (Apr 14) and features new music from Kehlani, G-Eazy, Wiz Khalifa and more.
