Camila Cabello is making the song of the summer.
Camila hasn't shied away from revealing why she decided to leave Fifth Harmony. Earlier this month, Cabello said she "felt like it was time to explore my own artistic vision so I just followed my heart and here I am," adding "I’m just writing now and I’m so excited about just, making music and making the visuals and creating that whole world.” She followed that up with a quote in Seventeen mag, saying “Fifth Harmony wasn’t the maximum expression of me individually.”
Camila Cabello’s Grammys Appearance Is Her First Sans Fifth Harmony
It won't be long before the 19-year-old drops her first single, which is rumored to drop in April or May, and it could be a collaboration with OneRepublic, arguably one of the biggest bands of the last decade. Frontman Ryan Tedder is a songwriting mastermind and has penned songs for Taylor Swift, Madonna, U2, Adele, Beyoncé, Maroon 5, Demi Lovato, Ariana Grande, Kelly Clarkson and many more. Looks like he's lending his talents to Camila.
