Britney went on a double date with boyfriend Jason Trawick and his parents Saturday night, according to People.com.
Britney and the new fam-to-be ate at the Grafton on Sunset Hotel's Olive Kitchen & Bar from 5:30 p.m. til 7, enjoying meatballs and margarita pizza. After dinner they saw a show at the Pantages Theatre.
"She seemed to fit in very well with his family," the source tells People.com. "She seemed very comfortable. She was very warm to them."

Glee creator, Ryan Murphy, says Britney's episode features six of her songs.
"We haven't started shooting yet," Murphy said to UsMagazine.com. "We start shooting our new second season on Wednesday. All I can say is that we're doing six Britney songs."
Ditsy cheerleader Brittany, played by Heather Morris, is the narrative focus of this episode, titled "Britney/Brittany."
"I sort of don't want to say what we're doing yet because it's not airing until September," Murphy teased, "but we're paying tribute to her in a fun and unexpected way."
Actor Matthew Morrison, who bashed the idea of a Britney-themed Glee episode a few months back, is in on the Britney-action. Morrison's character, Mr. Schuester, will "refuse" to sing a Britney song in the episode. "The entire episode is Schuester saying, 'I don't want to do Britney! I don't want to do Britney!' We're doing it in a really fun, hallucinogenic way," Murphy said.
Murphy was tight-lipped about rumors claiming Britney herself will appear in the episode.

Mel Gibson is turning to Britney for support after recent recorded tirades of his against his ex "leaked" onto the Internet, according to new reports.
Britney and Mel are in frequent communication, says a friend of Britney's to In Touch Weekly.
“Mel has been talking to her a lot, they speak on the phone,” said the source.
Britney and Mel vacationed together in Costa Rica in May 2008 after Britney was hospitalized just three months prior.
“Mel was one of the only people who reached out to help Britney when she was at her lowest point, and she believes that demonstrates what a loving and wonderful man he is,” said the source. “She wants people to give him a second chance - just like he gave her one when everyone else turned away.”
Hopefully Britney is the support system Mel needs right now!
BreatheHeavy reader Nick K. saw Britney at the Topanga mall during her shopping spree yesterday, and submitted a story and photo for fans. The letter reads as follows:

"I saw Britney in the Coach store at the Topanga mall near Calabasas! She was warring a white dress and some large wedge shoes, prancing around being very talkative to the staff. She claimed she had blisters on her feet and so she bought some coach shoes right then and there, off of display, and wore them out if the store! They closed the whole store down and wouldn't let Anyone else in, I watched from the window. There weren't any people really gawking at her, I was surprised how mellow it was.
However, the guards were staring at me like I was some kind of stalker or something, because I stood there longer than the other looky-loos! So eventually I walked away to the booth next door and bought a coke. Before I left though, Britney looked up at me, curious to see who was out there.
It was weird having her look right at me, because she up till then was only a fictional character I only saw pictures of. It's like when a movie character cones to life, or something. I sensed something very sad in her eyes. It was almost as if the guards were guarding some piece of property or some high stock portfolio, as if she weren't some person at all, but some cash cow that they knew they'd be in big trouble if they didn't protect! She truly seemed like some caged bird or animal, yet her outward demeanor was one of cheer, lightheartedness, and southern charm.
What a sad, sad creature she seemed to me. She looked up at me as if she might say something, but that couldn't have been the case, with all those guards around. Wow. What an experience. She truly had no freedom. She hurriedly ran out, making her way in a speed walk to Nieman Marcus, and cheerfully spoke on her cell phone, all smiles, as she made her exit. But that sad look in her eyes, beneath it all... I will never forget."
The child abuse investigation against Britney was dropped by the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services, according to RadarOnline.com.
The department said there was "absolutely no truth to the accusations," says a family insider.
"Sean and Jayden's pediatricians submitted documentation that the boys were healthy, and that they have never seen any signs of abuse. The case was officially closed after the department received that information from the boys' doctor," revealed the source.
Social workers visited Britney's home several weeks ago after fired bodyguard, Fernando Flores, claimed he witnessed Britney abuse her sons.
The allegation was, "absolutely outlandish and absurd. Britney would never lay a hand on either one of her sons, she loves them so much," said the insider.
Said another family insider: "Flores is an opportunist seeking his 15 minutes of fame."
Britney is launching a new fragrance with Elizabeth Arden called Radiance, according to new reports.
The perfume is set to hit stores in late September at The Bay, Sears and Pharmaprix/Shopper's Drug Mart.

Singer-songwriter Sky Ferreira, 18, is working with "Paul Epworth, Bloodshy & Avant, Dallas Austin, Linda Perry, and more on her debut album to be released in 2010," according to her Wikipedia.
Sky claims via Twitter she wants to cover Britney's "Cinderella" off the Britney album.
