Britney Spears has insisted she will breast-feed her unborn child, following allegations from an American actress that she has implants which could harm the baby. The pop princess has moved to deny claims that her breasts are surgically enhanced, after Sally Kirkland claimed she knew the doctor who carried out the operation on Britney. According to Kirkland, 60, who was nominated for an Oscar in the 70s and is a former muse of Andy Warhol, Britney will be putting her child at risk if she breast-feeds the child. Kirkland ranted: "I happen to know Britney's breast implant doctor, and I just hope she does not breast feed. Because if she does, she could give her baby so many future problems." However, Britney's official spokeswoman has moved to deny Kirkland's claims. "Thank you, Sally, for your concern for Britney, but she does not have breast implants, so you don't need to worry," she said. Meanwhile, Britney's new single "Someday (I Will Understand)" was premiered on US TV last night as part of the finale of the reality show 'Britney and Kevin: Chaotic'.
