Britney Threatens To Cancel Tour

Ugh, you know me. Can’t let you guys enjoy the tour hype THAT much!

According to new reports, Britney is threatening to cancel the tour due to the overwhelming pressure and restrictions her father Jamie has instated on Britney’s life, including limiting what she says, who she speaks with, where she goes and what she does.

“Britney doesn’t want to do it [the tour], and she’s telling her father Jamie that,” an insider tells the National Enquirer. “All the dates are booked – and $100 million would be lost if she bails…”

HA like she cares if they lose money; they steal hers every day!

“Both her father and ex-husband Kevin Federline are telling her she has to go on for the sake of her kids and their financial future. So Britney is really feeling the pressure, and she says she can’t handle the tours whirlwind schedule.”

“She is already exhausted getting in shape for the trip. And her focus has changed, too – Britney just wants to be a stay-at-home mom to her two boys. Britney feels like she is being forced to tour. Jamie has made it clear he wants to get her back to where she was.”

“Jamie needs this tour for Britney to secure her wealth.”

It’s also being reported that Kevin Federline will join Britney on tour so Brit’s boys will be near her throughout the “44 performances in 33 cities over 14 weeks.” But what’s the point of having Kevin come if he can’t cash in on Britney, too? Fool apparently wants to make a reality show out of it!

“Kevin is working on a deal for a reality show based on following her ‘Circus’ tour.”

Someone explain to me why Britney is held under a conservatorship where she can perform in dozens of cities for months at a time, but is legally considered a child with no freedom or independence. How can she get back that fire in her eyes without being able to stand on her own two feet?

“Britney can’t back out now-there’s just too much at stake.”

I know the report is from the National Enquirer, but something tells me it might not be that far off…
