The BH Buzz is a round-up of stories we wanted to get to today, but… didn’t.
■ Nicki Minaj performed at the Tidal X: 1015 concert on Saturday (Oct. 15), which not only produced an explicit rant taking shots at Melania Trump, but a heartfelt moment where the rapper met her idol Lauryn Hill.
Speaking with NYC's The Breakfast Club, Minaj said: “I couldn’t control myself. I was at a loss for words, and she was super sweet and gracious, and I was not expecting that. She was in the room right next to me the whole time, and I was kind of nervous to even run into her in the hallway. Then all of a sudden, I literally said the words, ‘Do y’all realize my idol is right there?’ and within 30 seconds of saying that, she walked into my room.”
She also opens up about her Twitter hijinx the other night where she convinced her massive fanbase a fruit-themed surprise album was on the way, postponing her television show and men in the rap game.
