Beyonce’s ‘Lemonade’ Racks Up 4 Emmy Nominations

The BeyHive is abuzz after their Queen received four Emmy nominations for her album film Lemonade.

Fans suspected Lemonade was an album visual months before Beyonce premiered it on HBO, but no one could expect the impact. The hour-long spectacle featured 11 new tracks plus the controversial Black Lives Matter song "Formation," and gained crazy attention after nearly every song and visual alluded to a betrayal in her marriage to Jay Z.

Her risk paid off, because it was announced during the Emmy nomination ceremony today (July 14) she could receive four prestigious awards for it.

The categories include: Outstanding Production Design For A Variety, Nonfiction, Event Or Award Special, Outstanding Directing For A Variety Special, Outstanding Picture Editing For Variety Programming and Outstanding Variety Special.

More than likely Beyonce will win in at least one of these categories , so congrats in advance. Hopefully her mom Tina won't accept this one on her behalf.
