Beyonce and Jay Z welcomed twins Rumi and Sir Carter just a little over a month ago, but it appears the pop star is eager to get back to work.
The Daily Mail is reporting that the power couple have hired six nannies to look after the twins for a whopping $100,000 apiece. They add Blue Ivy has two of her own. I’m bad at math, but I believe that is eight nannies in total.
A source explains: “The twins don't sleep at the same time, so she decided she needed three per child, working in eight hour shifts.”
Why is this important? If we read between the lines, it could mean Beyonce needs a helping hand, err... 16 of them, to help with the kids while she works on new music. Right now it's all speculation, but knowing Beyonce (I don't know her) she is not one to sit around at home for long.
Bey and Jay are also rumored to have an entire collaborative album wrapped. The title floating around is Champagne. It's unclear if that will ever see the light of day (if it exists) or if Beyonce is preparing a Lemonade followup instead, but something tells me she didn't hire eight nannies for the hell of it.
In other words... hold onto your weaves.
