Ashley Tisdale is figuring out her place in 2017.
Her ultimate dream is to win an Emmy for Best Actress in a TV series (according to her). While she embraces the journey to get there, the triple threat is filming and releasing content via her YouTube channel. She's performed a handful of covers, including a duet with Vanessa Hudgens of Elle King's “Ex’s And Oh’s” as well as Britney Spears' "Toxic."
Her latest post is Q&A from fans who've submitted questions on Twitter. One of those touches on whether we can expect a new album from her. In short, yes.
“I do have plans. I definitely want to record a new album. Obviously I’ve been having so much fun with music sessions. I’m still figuring out my sound and what I want to do with it, but I definitely plan on doing an album in the future."
She also would love to take that music on the road eventually. All great news, but it sounds like she hasn't recorded a thing yet and that's not sitting well with me. Watch the Q&A below (album question starts at 1:37):
