After Christina Aguilera yodelled her way through a tribute to New York, Ariana Grande took to the stage at the NBA All-star halftime show.
The pop sensation followed in the footsteps of Rihanna, Beyoncé and her elder counterpart Mariah Carey as the headline act.
She kicked off the 12-minute set with last summer's smash "Problem" before segueing into her breakout hit "The Way" and her current single "One Last Time."
While The Weeknd didn't make a guest appearance during "Love Me Harder" Ari pleased the star-studded crowd by bringing out Nicki Minaj to perform Jessie J's their mega-hit "Bang Bang."
In a dream world they would have segued into their latest collab "Get On Your Knees" but the set still ended on a high as she belted out "Break Free," which somehow sounds just as good as it did 6 months ago.
Ariana kicks off "The Honeymoon Tour" next week on February 25 in Missouri so if this is just a preview of what she'll be doing then I for one am very excited to go when she comes to Europe in the summer.
Slay a bit, Ari.
